Blake
the kindred spirit
Read a whole book about guinea pigs before Pickle even arrived. Gentle, prepared, and quietly brave. She and Pickle match on the inside.
Her glasses are the exact same pink as Pickle’s tutu. That was on purpose.
Brody
the big ideas guy
Loud, funny, and full of big ideas that mostly go sideways. "BRODY, NO!" usually comes right before "BRODY, YES!" Now proudly reformed as Pickle's official Cage Captain.
He checks Pickle’s water bottle four times a day. Nobody asked him to.
Emma
the quiet artist
Speaks rarely, notices everything. Her sketchbook goes everywhere she goes, and her drawings see what cameras miss.
She has drawn Pickle more times than anyone can count. Only one of them ever left the sketchbook.
Waffles
the gentle giant
The school's therapy dog. Big, golden, and endlessly patient. When something good happens, he wags his tail once. Just once.
His vest says GENTLE PAWS. He has never once been in a hurry.
Mrs. Wren
the teacher
Warm, patient, and always in her sunshine-yellow sweater. Keeps Room P301 (mostly) calm, even with a guinea pig on the loose.
There are strawberries in her desk drawer. Strictly for emergencies.
